Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation

After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.

After 2 hours, our order will enter the packing process. Once packed, the order cannot be canceled. Please understand our work.

2. Our return policy

If you return a pillowcase purchased through Softbabytowels.com within 30 natural days from the date you receive the pillowcase, provided that the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and is eligible for return policy.

If the 30 natural days return period is exceeded, we will not be able to accept your return request.

Returns of pillowcase products are subject to the following conditions.

(1) Returns of pillowcase products should be made within 30 natural days.

(2) Pillowcase products purchased from Softbabytowels.com.

(3) Pillowcase should be in new condition.

(4) The pillowcase products have non-human caused quality problems (e.g. broken, fractured, worn, paint loss, etc.) before use.

In the case of a purchase from Softbabytowels.com, if the returned pillowcase product does not meet the above return requirements, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return request.

3. Rturn shipping costs

(1) If the return is requested due to a product quality issue with the pillowcase (such as broken, torn, stained, discolored, etc.), shipping costs will be covered by Softbabytowels.com.

(2) If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g. don’t like it, don’t want it, etc.), the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Note: We do not charge for re-shelving.

4. Return Process

To return an order you placed with Softbabytowels.com, please first contact our customer service Edward Marquard at [email protected] to request a return.

Our service time are Monday-Friday/10:00AM-5:00PM (EST).

Return processing time is 1-3 business days.

Orders are not processed on weekends.

Returned pillowcase products need to be compounded with our return policy, please refer to point 2 for details.

Once the return request for your pillowcase product is successful, please send the pillowcase product in its original packaging to 227 E 106th St, New York.

If you have a return request, please make sure to follow the above steps first, otherwise it will affect your return process.

After the courier is sent, please send a return notification email to [email protected] and provide the following information.

– Name of courier company

– Tracking number

5. Refund Amount

Once the returned pillowcase arrives at Softbabytowels.com’s warehouse and passes a successful inspection, the refund process will begin.

The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days.
